Ship To United States:

1. Shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout. Our shipping method is USPS Media by default, it should take 3-7 days for deliver. Once we ship the order, an email with tracking number will be send to you via email.

2. For any shipping-related questions, please contact service@yes-chinese.com

3. If your package is lost in the transit, we highly recommend you to first contact the carrier directly and open a case. Then write us an email with the case number and we shall follow up with the carrier. 

Ship To Other Countries:

1. Please send your inquiry to service@yes-chinese.com then we'll email you the shipping cost via different carrier, as well as any import related material. 

2. Once you choose the shipping method, we'll send you the customized shipping to your email and you can pay for the shipping by click the link (the link directs back to our website)

3. We'll send out your tracking number by email.

Order processing

Orders shipped by Yes Chinese are delivered from Monday to Sunday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 3-4 business days to process your order.

Yes Chinese will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately. 

Due to the following circumstances, Yes Chinese is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders: 

● If one or more items in your order are out of stock.

● The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.

● No one is available to sign up on the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.

● Force majeure such as: natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes etc.

 

Out of stock handling

Yamibuy may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).

In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, Yamibuy will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). Yamibuy will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.

 

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.

 

Verification & Shipping 

Please verify your order information when you checkout - Name, Shipping address (zip code, city, country), Billing address, etc. If any provided information is incorrect, it may cause a delay to your order. Please feel free to contact our customer service department if you have any questions.
